Research Support for Faculty Members
Library personnel are always ready to support researchers. Consult a librarian about using library resources, getting help with your research and teaching, or training for your research assistant on using library resources. Librarians can also work with you to integrate library resources into your courses by developing customized research guides.
Library arranges workshops on several topics as part of its research support program. The topics are usually on: (i) Discovery of library resources; (ii) Effective search skills; (iii) Personalizing electronic resources; (iv) Make your referencing easy using software: Endnote. A group of faculty members from IUB community may request for arranging workshop(s) on any of the topics or they can join at the library’s scheduled date and topic. Besides, in the beginning of every semester the library regularly announces the schedule for “Library orientation” which is basically organized to aware about the fundamental library resources and rules of library use.
